Rosewood Bermuda Dials Up The Romance In 2021
The Micro Weddings concept will help hopeless romantics make up for lost time and travel plans.
For a wide variety of reasons, Bermuda should be at or near the top of every traveler's list in 2021. As optimism increases and testing protocols prove more and more successful, people will seek quick and easy destinations to make up for lost time in paradise, and Bermuda is already 10 steps ahead of us. In addition to the fun new terminal that recently opened at LF Wade international Airport (it even has a putting green!), resorts throughout this beautiful island are ramping up the excitement and adventure with creative experiences.
The amazing Rosewood Bermuda, for example, is offering a concept that will appeal to anyone who missed out on the most romantic moments of their lives in 2020. The Micro Weddings experience offers couple seeking to tie the knot a fairy tale setting that puts an emphasis on both intimacy and safety. But it's hardly as simple as saying, "I do" on a gorgeous beach.
The curated packages can accommodate anywhere from two elopers to 20 guests, and the bells and whistles will make everyone who didn't receive an invitation extremely jealous. For starters, friends and family will enjoy an hour-long cocktail reception complete with a champagne toast and hors d'œuvres. But they better not fill up on canapé, because they'll choose from three different appetizers and entrees before sitting down for the two-course dinner, which also features a three-hour hosted bar.
The couple in the spotlight will have quite a few choices to make, including a wedding cake or delicious desserts and the venue for the reception: The Rum Room, Golf Club Private Dining Room, Gallery, or the Beach Club. Safe to say there's no bad decision to be made. Located within the Island Brasserie restaurant, the Rum Room boasts more than 3,000 bottles of wine and, naturally, an awesome selection of its titular spirit. And while the Golf Club Private Dining Room and Gallery offers space for larger groups, the Beach Club offers three casual settings, including the beach, where the pink sand and stunning water will instantly turn this occasion into a repeat visit for years to come.
Before booking and traveling, be sure to examine Rosewood's "Commitment to Care" health and safety program, as well as all updates and requirements from the Bermuda Tourism Authority. Be sure to pack your masks, both casual and formal, because they are required.
