How To Make The Respite Cocktail From The Kessler Collection
A delicious drink named for something we all need right now.
Webster's Dictionary defines "respite" as... I kid. But if there's a better name for a refreshing cocktail right now than "Respite," I haven't heard it. Even when things were (or return to) "normal," everyone could still use the occasional break from the little things that get us down, and so the Kessler Collection's nine luxury boutique hotels offer this extravagant cocktail, The Respite, so that guests can shake it off and stop sweating the little things while they're on vacation.
Of course, if you're staying at a Kessler Collection property, chances are you aren't focused on anything other than the scenery, because these hotels were designed to tell stories. From the views and adventurous spirit of Beaver Creek Lodge to the Old Florida charm and rich St. Augustine history presented within the walls of Casa Monica Resort and Spa, the Kessler Collection makes luxury accommodations feel like time travel, and that's why these hotels are preferred stops of celebrities and people who want to feel like celebrities.
So, why not create that feeling at home? You might not have a wall full of incredible artwork or a view of stunning botanical gardens, but you do have this recipe for The Respite. Now it's time that you lived up to this cocktail's name.
