VACATIONS

Self-described as California's largest gas station, EddieWorld in Yermo, California is a destination of its own. It offers 26 gas pumps and 24 electric vehicle charging stations.
"We picked the exact middle spot [between coastal California cities and Las Vegas], purely based on geography, and that's Yermo," EddieWorld's owner, Alex Ringle, told SFGate.
The 26,000-square-foot facility has three restaurants and serves handmade popcorn, jerky, ice cream, Peet's Coffee, sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, chicken, salads, sushi, and more.
TripAdvisor reviewers give EddieWorld four out of five stars and agree that it's a fun experience with great food. The facility is also home to sparkling clean restrooms.
EddieWorld opened in 2018 to great local fanfare. With the electric vehicle charging stations already installed, it seems Alex Ringle is looking ahead to the future of fuel.
