VACATIONS
If you want a fantastic Midwestern diving spot, visit Bull Shoals Lake, which stretches from southern Missouri to northern Arkansas and is famous for its crystal-clear waters.
Bull Shoals Lake is a long and thin freshwater reservoir that has more than 1,000 miles of shoreline filled with plenty of coves, bays, arms, and other nooks and crannies.
The body of water was created by the building of a dam that flooded the surrounding valley, so divers can explore some of the flooded settlements, farms, and a few shipwrecks.
Bull Shoals is a great location for experienced divers and beginners alike. It is also full of aquatic wildlife and tons of fish species, making it good for fishing.
If you want to stay on the lake, you can choose from multiple lodges and resorts, reserve a campsite, or even rent a houseboat and live on the water for the duration of your trip.
