California’s Biggest Waterpark Is A Hidden Gem For Family Vacations

There are many things to do in California, but for a family-friendly vacation destination, check out Wake Island Waterpark. It’s 20 minutes north of downtown Sacramento.
The 80-acre manufactured lake at the waterpark goes above and beyond. You can take wakeboarding lessons or book a time to ride around the park on your own.
The attraction also has a massive Aqua Park that has obstacles like slides, moving bridges, and trampolines. Two people can race each other on the Ninja Race Course.
For a bird's eye view, ride the 500-foot-long zipline, which comes with a 40-foot free fall, or rent a paddleboard for something more low-key. The options are endless.
