The Sprawling, All-Inclusive Hilton Cancun Opens Its Doors
Set behind a mangrove nature preserve, the property provides travelers a range of activities and solitude.
Hilton Resorts unveiled its newest all-inclusive property, Hilton Cancun, occupying a pristine stretch of the Riviera Maya coastline surrounded by a mangrove nature preserve. The resort offers 715 guest rooms and suites and combines Mexican heritage with modern sophistication in an all-inclusive package of dining, oceanfront pools, and wellness options set amongst stunning isolation and Mexican natural beauty.
Guests are met with a private entry road leading to remarkable ocean views. Inspired by local artisans and the surrounding nature, the resort's accommodations offer modern and unique guest rooms with furnished balconies, infinite ocean views, dining and living room spaces, and even private swim-up patios. Hilton Cancun also accommodates large groups via private chef's kitchens and larger dining areas in expansive presidential suites and apartments.
Twelve unique dining options provide guests with a wide array of international cuisines and culinary experiences, all without ever having to leave the resort. At Maxal, guests can enjoy the rich time-honored dishes of Mexican cuisine, and the resort's La Luce Restaurant offers Mediterranean classics and carafes of wine centered around a wood-fired pizza oven. Auma, the resort's experiential steakhouse restaurant, serves prime cuts and house specialties with guests intimately close to dazzling, open-flame preparation. Sunan rounds out the resort's dining options with southeast Asian dishes. Guests can also lounge all day long at Vela, a hip lounge influenced by the colors, sounds, and energy of southern Mexico. And for mid-day desserts and quick bites, the resort features an ice cream and churro shop and taqueria with a mezcal and tequila bar.
Upon arrival, visitors can jump right into the resort's wide-ranging entertainment offerings. The Splash Pool features fun slides, beach games, and water toys and lounge chairs surrounded by palm trees and easy access to drinks and signature dishes. There are two more oceanfront pools with private cabanas, one for families and one for guests seeking serenity and escape, and the beach's golden sand and pristine blue water is only steps away. For families, the kids' club and teen zone promises hours of entertainment including a climbing wall and arts and crafts. Finally, concerts and shows are often presented at the hotel's amphitheater.
In addition to the resort's wellness programming and state-of-the-art fitness center, guests have access to the signature Waldorf Astoria Spa, set to open in late 2022. Paying tribute to Mayan holistic healing practices, the spa will include a salon, indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, and a private pool.
