Susurros Del Corazón Announces More Villas Ahead Of Opening
Set to debut in Spring 2022, the highly anticipated Punta de Mita resort will also boast some seriously luxurious living options.
Auberge Resorts' Susurros del Corazón recently unveiled plans to begin its Phase II sales of new luxury properties ahead of its Spring 2022 opening. Following Phase I's resounding success, the group is now offering interested buyers a new range of condos including renovated four-bedroom units, two-bed villas with sweeping ocean views, and two six-bedroom penthouses that sit right on the beach.
The resort is one of Punta de Mita's newest luxury properties and promises to bring even more energy to the region, with overwhelming sales interest since it broke ground in early 2019. Of the resort's 30 original Phase I properties, only six remain, and based on current trends, the remaining four- and five-bedroom residences are expected to sell within the coming months.
Susurros del Corazón's Phase II properties will include 19 additional villas featuring two penthouse suites boasting six bedrooms each and overlooking the Bay of Banderas. Also for sale are several 6,500-sq. ft. penthouse units complete with five bedrooms, extended terraces, and plunge pools. The resort has also overhauled the floorplans for the popular four-bedroom villas which sit just steps from the ocean and span over 3,500-sq. ft. each. And finally, this phase introduces a brand-new design for the resort: two-bedroom beachfront villas, each with its own private jacuzzi or plunge pool. These new units occupy almost 2,500-sq. ft. and are priced at $1.9 million.
The project's developers have said that demand has never been higher in Riviera Nayarit and that they expect Susurros del Corazón to be the new face of luxury along the Bay of Banderas. The resort aims to cater to the most discerning of travelers, offering top-notch service and beauty among one of the most spectacular vacation environments in the world.
The resort sits atop 33 acres of tropical foliage neighboring the Bay of Banderas and includes over a quarter mile of private, white sand beach. Every residence on the property boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning ocean views and guests can take advantage of the resort's world-class amenities like the 3,000 square foot fitness center, yoga studio, expansive event spaces, kid's club, and three terraced pools.
