There are six dining options to please every palate. Elements beachside open-air restaurant and the Bluefin Beachside Grill are perfect spots to grab a casual bite, while Brisa rooftop tapas bar is the spot to watch the sunset over cocktails. The resort's fine dining venue, Oro, is uniquely European fusion with a Caribbean twist, enjoyed with 360-degree views of the south coast. Guests will certainly want to visit Oro for one of the nightly sunset celebrations featuring Champagne and canapes on the sky terrace. Guests of O2 also have access to the sister hotel's five restaurants just a few minutes away.

The resort offers guests a truly unique experience with its Local Experience Ambassador program. These daily signature "how-to" classes feature lessons on authentic locally inspired activities like cooking, learning to play the steel pan drum, and playing island dominoes.
