Catch A Bite Get beached for your morning sesh at La Rosa Inglesa, a hilltop B&B with surfer fare like breakfast burritos and huevos rancheros. Come lunch-time, head to Shipwreck Bar & Grill, an open-air restaurant off Rincon's palm tree-lined Route 413. If you've spent your day hitting the heavies at Maria's Beach, then dry off with a drink at the Calypso Cafe. Just a few steps from the beach and packed with surfers at happy hour, the laid-back bar is the best spot in Rincon to watch the sunset. | Eric BoneskeCatch Some ZZZS Book a room at the Horned Dorset Primavera, a swank 16-room Spanish colonial-style boutique. Or lay your longboard where the surfers do boy scoring an affordable beachfront room at Tamboo Beside the Pointe, a no-frills hotel located directly on Sandy Beach – a break popular for its soft, sandy bottom and long "lefts," which peel down the reef.
