Drink Recipes: How To Make A Santa's Little Helper Cocktail

This is the real secret to Santa's success. (And you thought it was milk and cookies.)

We could all use some extra help around the holidays. Follow in Santa's footsteps and make this cherry- and basil-infused drink recipe. It can be your little helper too!

• 8 Fresh Bing Cherries
• 2 Basil Leaves
• 1½ oz. vodka
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• Juice from ½ a lemon
• 1 oz. Prosecco

Add cherries and basil to a martini shaker and muddle. Add vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco, garnish with a basil leaf and serve.
