Tropical Drink Recipe: Geejam Blue Martini

You won't hear Bob Marley on the stereo at Bushbar, the effortlessly-cool watering hole at the Geejam Hotel in San San, Port Antonio, Jamaica, and you won't find any rum in their signature cocktail, either – this luxe Jamaican resort with an A-list clientele happily breaks all the "rules". This drink, the Geejam Blue, was inspired by the deep ultramarine hue of the Blue Lagoon nearby.

**SERVES 1
**

– 1 1/2 ounces Blue Curacao
– 1 1/2 ounces Jose Cuervo Gold
– 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

Shake with ice and serve in a classic martini glass.
